Every eligible booking made through BookAClinic is automatically covered by up to RM10,000 contractual protection at zero cost to the patient. It covers six breach scenarios including unlicensed clinic, unlicensed doctor, expired LCP, fake products, unapproved upsell, and booking non-fulfilment. It is not insurance — it is a direct contractual remedy funded by the clinic.

Yes. BookAClinic is completely free for patients. There is no registration fee, no consultation fee, and no charge to use the AI face analysis or doctor verification tools. BookAClinic earns a revenue share from verified clinics only when a patient booking is successfully delivered.

How do I verify if a doctor is LCP certified in Malaysia?

Use BookAClinic's free Doctor Certification Lookup at bookaclinic.ai/check-doctor-certification. Search by doctor name, LCP number, or MMC number. The register is updated monthly from Malaysia's official LCP data and is searchable by procedure, state, and expiry status.
