Our team checks the machine serial number against Merz's authorised Malaysia distribution records, confirms the transducer cartridges are authentic Merz-supplied units, and revisits each clinic periodically. We only list clinics that pass all three checks.
What is Merz authorisation?+
Merz Aesthetics is the manufacturer of Ultherapy. A 'Merz Authorised' clinic has purchased its machine through Merz's official Malaysia channel and receives genuine consumables, software updates, and servicing.
Why does the machine serial number matter?+
Counterfeit and grey-market Ultherapy machines exist in Southeast Asia. The serial number is how Merz tracks which units are genuine. We show a masked version of each verified serial so you can ask the clinic to confirm it on the day of your treatment.
What if my preferred clinic isn't listed?+
